Biography

Grand Isle---Gary J. Deschaine, 42, passed away unexpectedly on December 5, 2011. Gary is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Nathalie (Desjardins) Deschaine of Grand Isle; two daughters, Kara and Briana Deschaine both of Grand Isle; one brother, Scott Deschaine and his wife Sherry of Madawaska; his mother and father in law, Daniel and Carolle Desjardins of Madawaska; sister-in-law, Donna Baillie and her husband Jeff of Madawaska; Louis Desjardins and his wife Amy of Madawaska a special uncle, Leo James Deschaine of Grand Isle; many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am on Friday, December 9 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Family and friends may offer their condolences from 9am until time of service on Friday. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
