Van Buren--- Adam J. Rossignol, 39, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 28, 2024. He was born September 20, 1984, a son of Dinah Rossignol and the late Mark Bard.

Adam worked at Lajoie Growers for several years as a jack-of-all trades. He loved his work and looked forward to spring planting and fall harvest every year where he got to play with and work on the big equipment. He also worked several years for Soderberg Construction as a foreman and pavement operator. Adam loved motorcycle riding and would tour the St. John Valley and abroad every opportunity he could muster. He enjoyed snowmobiling, throwing darts, and was a practical joker. Adam had a huge heart, would help anyone who needed it, and loved spending time with his daughter and family.

He is survived by his daughter Allyson and her mother Randie (Curtis) Rossignol; stepchildren, Victoria and Melissa McGarrah; his mother and her longtime companion, Joel Michaud; his brothers, Taylor Bard and Nick Rossignol; his aunt Diane Gagnon and her husband Mark; many cousins, including, Zach, Brooke, Breanna, and Lisa; and a slew of friends near and far.

Besides his father, Adam was predeceased by his uncle Mike "Crazy Bear" Rossignol.

A Mass of Christian of Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday, February 5, 2024 at St. Bruno-St. Remi Church, Van Buren. Relatives and friends may greet the family Sunday evening 6 – 8:00 PM and Monday morning 8:30-9:30 AM at Lajoie Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren.
