Madawaska---Alberic Charette, 97, passed away April 11, 2012 at a Madawaska health care facility. He was born in Fort Kent on January 16, 1915, son of the late Paul and Alice Charette. Alberic is survived by his son, Roger Charette and his wife Juliette of Madawaska; four grand-daughters, Monique Deschaine and her husband John, Denise St. Jarre and her husband Dave all of Gardiner, Francine Hewitt and her husband Joseph of Caribou, Joy Pierre and her husband Malachy of Madawaska; fourteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1pm on Friday, April 13, 2012 at St. Thomas Church. Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home from 11:30am until time of service on Friday. Spring interment will be in the parish cemetery.
