Nashville Plt---Allan David Prue, 69, of Nashville Plt, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Aroostook Medical Center, Presque Isle. He was born on February 15, 1945 in Bath, ME, the son of Herman and Shirley (Oakes) Prue. Allan graduated from Ashland Community High School in 1963. He served two years in the U.S. Army, then worked for many area businesses, including his family's oil company, Prue Oil, followed by Beaulier Oil and Levesque Lumber. In addition to his parents, Allan was predeceased by his wife, Martha (Orcutt) Prue and a sister, Marilyn (Prue) Gardner. He is survived by his daughter, Vicki Hahn and her husband Scott of Epsom, NH; his son Richard Allan Prue of Washburn, ME; three sisters, Carolyn (Prue) Gayton of Brunswick, Donna (Prue) Monfette and her husband Doug of Davenport, FL, and Sandra (Prue) LeBlanc and her husband George of Nashville Plt; two special granddaughters, Emma Ruth Hahn and Molly Lauren Hahn of Epsom, NH; as well as several nieces and nephews.
