Alton St. Pierre's Obituary
Van Buren--- Alton "A.J." St. Pierre, 58, passed away November 12, 2017, following a long illness. He was born June 13, 1959 in Grand Falls, NB, Canada, a son of the late Leola St. Pierre-Miller.
A.J. worked in radio and was a Program Director in Portland, Lewiston and Presque Isle. He loved music, which he kept as a huge part of his life. He also worked as a Night Club D.J. and manager for former Yusef's Restaurant, Caribou, he managed a touring band, and worked as a salesman before becoming ill. In addition to music, he loved photography and shared his art with many who knew him.
He is survived by: his live-in uncle and long-time caregiver, Danny St. Pierre of Van Buren; his step-father, Gary D. Miller and his children David, Gary Jr. and Leland Miller, all of St. Louis, MO; an uncle, John St. Pierre of Amherst, NH; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
At Alton's request, funeral services were private and at the convenience of the family, however, a Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.
