November 11, 1963 – September 28, 2020
Van Buren--- Amie J. Bouchard Sr., 56, peacefully entered into rest Monday evening, September 28, 2020, on the day of his wedding anniversary, following a courageous and hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born November 11, 1963, a son of the late Edward and June (Miller) Bouchard, and was raised in St. Augustine, FL.
Amie enlisted with the US Army during the 1980's and served stateside until his honorable discharge. He relocated to northern Maine in 1995, where he met the love of his life, Patricia, and married in 1996. Amie last worked as a CNA for Cary Medical Center for a short time before ill health had him stay home. Previously he worked over 15 years with Job Corps, Loring, where he truly enjoyed helping many kids stay on the right path. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren, often going on many ATV rides in his beautiful Van Buren. He enjoyed busying his hands around the house, doing yard work, and liked to do many carpentry tasks.
