Madawaska--- Anita (Beaulieu) Lajoie, 77, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2022, at Northern Maine Medical Center after a long courageous battle of cancer surrounded by family members. She was born in Madawaska on January 24, 1945, daughter of the late Hector and Germaine (Sirois) Beaulieu. Anita was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who was loved deeply by many. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by so many. She is survived by her husband, Roland of Madawaska; two sons, Mark (Megan) of Connecticut, Scott (Parise) of Madawaska; one daughter, Susan Pelletier (David) of Madawaska; six grandchildren, Jacob, Taylor, Alyssa, Payton, Skylar, and Claire; four brothers, Reno, Robert, Claude, and Michael; three sisters, Lucille Pelletier, Beatrice Bossie, and Lynn Sirois. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, 10am at St. Thomas church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
