Ashland--- Anna Ouellet, 81, passed away peacefully December 3, 2019, Northern Light-A.R. Gould Hospital, following a short period of ill health. She was born August 12, 1938 in Ashland, a daughter of the late Randolph and Sophie (Brasslette) Bragdon.

Anna was a very avid BINGO player and especially loved long car rides with her husband. She enjoyed many years of cross-country skiing and bicycle riding. Anna last worked for Converse Shoe Co. and Burrells Press Clipping.

Anna's family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff of Northern Light-A.R. Gould Hospital, Critical Care Unit, and Hospice Room for their exceptional care and support of Anna and her family.

She is survived by: her husband of 64 years, Edward L. Ouellet of Ashland; two daughters, Brenda Boyce of Ashland and Averill Gardner and her husband James of Easton; a sister, Flavella Dumais of Massachusetts; six grandchildren, Kelly, Tammy, Amy, Trina, Melanie, and Jeffery; a dear cousin, Annice Boyles of Ashland; and many loved cousins, nephews, nieces and great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Anna was predeceased by a daughter, Eva Joy Gagne, a son, Edward Paul Ouellet and his wife Joyce, four brothers, Maynard, Truman, Paul, and Basil Bragdon, and a sister, Phyllis Gagnon.

At Anna's request funeral services were held privately and at the convenience of her family. Arrangements were a service of Lajoie Funeral Home 114 Exchange St./PO Box 39, Ashland.
