Fort Kent – Annette Labbe, 87, passed away on July 13, 2019 at a Madawaska healthcare facility. She was born September 12, 1931, daughter of the late Ernest and Yvonne Labbe.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1pm on Friday, July 26 at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent.
