Madawaska---Armand J. Cote, 76, passed away September 18, 2019 at a local health care facility. He was born in Madawaska on May 7, 1943, son of the late Leonard and Carolyn Cote.    Armand moved to Connecticut to make a living as a fireman and working for Dunbar Armored Security until his retirement.  He moved back to Maine in the early 2000's to be closer to his children.  He was an avid New York Yankee fan and he also enjoyed the outdoors.   He was extremely proud of his children for their achievements in life.  He is survived by his two children, Keith Cote and his wife Wendy of Madawaska and Karen Cote of British Columbia; one Godchild, Krista MacDonald and nephew, Kyle MacDonald; many siblings, nieces, and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife Patricia (MacDonald) Cote.  In keeping with Armand's wishes, there will be no funeral services.
