St. David---Barbara A. Daley, 77, passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at a Madawaska health care facility.  She was born in New Castle, NB on July 16, 1941, daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Richardson) O'Kane.  Barbara truly enjoyed getting together with her family and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.  She is survived by four children, Kimberly Deschenes and her husband Donald of Madawaska, Deborah Lavoie and her husband George of Frenchville, Daniel Daley and his wife Carla of Madawaska, Kenneth Daley and his wife Julieta of Dallas, TX; six grandchildren, Matthew, Timothy, Samuel, Jake, Kate, and Maia; many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick Daley; one son, Patrick Daley, jr.; one brother, Patrick O'Kane.  Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home, Madawaska.
