St. Francis-- Bertha (Morin) Michaud, 85, passed away on October 10, 2021. She was born in St. Francis, Maine, on February 6, 1936, the daughter of the late Guy and Marie (Deschaine) Morin.

Bertha married Wayne Michaud in 1955. They were happily married until his death in 1994. They had two children, Vickie and Bruce.

Bertha leaves behind her daughter Vickie and her companion Raymond; one son, Bruce and his wife Heidi. Her pride and joy were her six grandchildren, Kristie and her husband Gary, Mitchell and his wife Erika, Cody and his wife Becka, Jordyn and her husband Craig, Mikayla and her companion Josh, and Kristopher; four very special great-grandchildren, Taylor, Thea, Tilly and Sully; one sister, Laurine Jandreau. She's predeceased by her nine siblings, Annette, Myrtle, Claudette, Valeric, Geneva, Felix, Edric, John and Rita.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Charles Parish, in St. Francis on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 10am. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home.
