Obituary
Madawaska--- Bertrand Rossignol, 89, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at a Madawaska nursing home. He was born May 1, 1929 in Madawaska, a son of the late Albert and Caroline (Albert) Rossignol. He is survived by: two sisters, Freda Traceski and Irma Martin, all of Connecticut; two brothers, Edward Rossignol of Connecticut and Roger Rossignol of Florida; a special nephew, Frank Rossignol; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Bertrand was predeceased by his wife, Marie Rossignol, two brothers, Conrad and Leo James Rossignol. A memorial service will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Lajoie Funeral Home, 114-10th Ave., Madawaska, with Pastor Jack Caron officiating. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Madawaska.
