CARIBOU, ME & E. HAMPTON, CT--- Bruce W. Clark, 58, died peacefully on December 21, 2013 at a Caribou, Maine, health facility. He was born October 10, 1955 in Middletown, CT, a son of Roger and Jean (Blatchley) Clark. He graduated from East Hampton High School, Connecticut, and from the University of Connecticut. During his high school and college careers, he was very proficient in sports, receiving many awards and trophies. One of his highest achievements was holding the New England Championship for the collegiate mile run. Bruce is survived by: a daughter, Amber Clark of No. Branford, CT; a baby granddaughter, Lilly Ann; his mother, Jean Clark of Portage, ME; three sisters, Linda Magnano of Portland, CT, Barbara Finlay of Caribou, ME, and Laura Jean Taylor of No. Carolina; two brothers, James A. Clark of Garfield, ME and Martin D. Clark of Ashland; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Roger Clark Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
