Madawaska---Clarence D. Cyr, 96, passed away on April 25, 2024, at a Madawaska health care facility.  He was born in St. David on June 28, 1927, son of the late Donat and Eva (Sirois) Cyr.  Clarence is survived by three children, Roger Cyr of Madawaska, John Paul Cyr and his wife Anne of Auburn, Eva Marie Michaud and her companion Ben of Bridgton; four grandchildren, Amy, Karen, Amanda, Derek; three great grandchildren, Jiovanni, Jainnie, Dylan; one great-great grandchild, Jazmyne; one sibling, Reed Cyr; many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his wife, Cecile (Plourde) Cyr; one grandchild, Jenna Marie Guillemette; two brothers, Joseph and Ned Cyr.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the St. Thomas Church.  Family and friends may offer their condolences at the church on Tuesday from 9am until 9:45am before the Mass.
