Obituary
Grand Isle---Claudette R. Pelletier, 71, passed away at her home in Grand Isle on August 1, 2016. She was born in St. Jacques, New Brunswick on June 16, 1945, daughter of the late Zenon and Ernelle (Gauvin) St. Onge. Claudette was an exceptional mom and wife who loved her family and her dog. She was a very giving person, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Claudette was the love of "Frenchie's" life. She is survived by her beloved husband of forty-five years, Rodrigue "Frenchie" Pelletier of Grand Isle; one son, Tony Pelletier and his wife Paula of Lawrence, MA; four grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, James, and P.J.; one great grandchild, Jordan; three sisters, Pierrette, Carol, Carmen; two brothers, Valmon and Bobby; many nieces and nephews. Claudette was predeceased by her daughter, Tina; and one grandchild, Brandel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the St. Gerard Church in Grand Isle. Family and friends may offer their condolences at the church from 9am until 9:45am. Interment will be held at a later date.
