Van Buren--- Corey D. Levesque, 38, passed unexpectedly October 18, 2022. He was born September 14, 1984, in Caribou, a son of Geraldine (Chabre) Whidden and the late Gilbert Clarence Soucy, and attended Van Buren schools.

Corey loved being outside fishing, snowmobiling and riding dirt bike. He loved being a father and cherished any moment he could with his children. He will be fondly remembered with his big, bright smile and his many jokes, which could brighten anyone's darkest days.

He is survived by his mother, Geraldine Whidden; three children, Cayden Levesque, Corey "JR" Levesque Jr., and Paisley Levesque; one sister, Kim Cormier; a niece, Kortney Cormier; a nephew, Kody Cormier; a special family friend, Sadie Grace; and many special friends and classmates he's met through his many walks of life.

Funeral services have been celebrated privately and at the convenience of the family.
