IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dale J.
Pelletier, Sr.
January 28, 1938 – December 14, 2025
Eagle Lake--- Dale Pelletier, Sr., 87, passed away peacefully December 14, 2025, at his home with his loving family at his side. He was born January 28,1938 in Eagle Lake, a son of the late Lionel and Laura (Labbe) Pelletier.
Dale owned a refrigeration business and was a longtime cook at the Telos Camps in the North Maine Woods. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Dale enjoyed hanging out having coffee during the early morning in downtown Eagle Lake. When he wasn't sipping coffee with the locals, he would head into the woods or onto the water to hunt, fish, and ice fish all over Eagle Lake and Wallagrass. He also took to the roads and helped his neighbors with snow plowing. Dale also enjoyed tending to his gardens and playing cards with his visiting family. He most cherished his yearly pig roasts for family, friends, and just about anyone that wanted to stop by, and created a slew of memorable evenings. Dale was most proud of his family and celebrating every milestone.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Claudette (Gaboury) Pelletier of Eagle Lake; five children, Debbie and Donat Cyr of Winterville, Diane Pelletier of Eagle Lake, David and Dee Pelletier of Bristol, CT, Billy and Colleen Pelletier of Terryville, CT, and Dale and Lisa Pelletier of Eagle Lake; two siblings, Verna Thibodeau of E. Millinocket and Delmon Pelletier and his wife Sue of Eagle Lake; 29 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Dale was predeceased by a son, Daniel Pelletier.
At Dale's request, funeral services were held privately and at the convenience of his family. To share condolences and memories online, please visit Dale's tribute page at www.LajoieFuneralHome.com
