Fort Kent and Frenchville --- Dana Plourde, 58, passed away on May 11, 2019 at his residence. He was born on September 2, 1960, son of Kenneth and Rolande (Guy) Plourde. Dana is survived by his three children, Jeffrey Plourde, Sean Plourde, and Ryan Plourde all of Bangor; eight grandchildren; his Father Kenneth Plourde of Fort Kent; four siblings, Anne Taylor and her husband  Rusty of Houlton, Roger Plourde and his wife Sandy of Montreal, Bill Plourde and his wife Marie of Fort Kent, and Allen Plourde and his wife Sheila of Cape Elizabeth; one step-sister, Christina Bush and her husband Dennis of Michigan, his companion, Natalie Guerrette of Frenchville, along with many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his Mother, Rolande Plourde; one brother, Steven Plourde; and stepmother, Kathleen Plourde. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent. Family and Friends may call at Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home from 9-9:45 the morning before the service. In keeping with Dana's wishes the burial will be held at the convenience of the family .
