Obituary

Caswell & Hamlin--- Darold R. Pelletier, 79, peacefully passed away February 25, 2022, at his home, with his loving family at his side. He was born April 17, 1942 in Caswell, a son of the late Edmond and Bella (Bell) Pelletier.

Born and raised on a potato farm in Caswell, Darold spent his entire life tending to the farms and fields. Though consistently busy, he liked to find a bit of time to hunt and fish the many woods and waters nearby. Darold is fondly remembered by his family, friends, and coworkers as a big tease and they all took every advantage to laugh and joke at every chance they could get.

He is survived by his loving wife of over 61 years, Gloria (Voisine) Pelletier of Caswell; three children, Denton Pelletier of Orlando, FL, Kevin Pelletier and his wife Bonnie of Pembroke, NH, and Gail Greenier of Bangor; three sisters, Jean Provencher of Andover, CT, Mel Bouchard and her husband Rod of Southington, CT, and Chris Berube and her husband Terry of Limestone; four grandchildren, Kaylee & Mollie and Dylan & Taylor; one great grandson, Bentley; two special aunts, Eva Bell & Thelma Labreck, both of Caswell; two sisters-in-law, Pat Mulvey and Mona Voisine, both of Van Buren; a brother-in-law, Roger Voisine of San Antonio, TX; a special cousin, Gary Bell; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, Darold was predeceased by a brother, David Pelletier, and two bothers-in-law, Ken Mulvey and Claude Provencher.
