Van Buren--- Delia Grivois, 80, died Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at a Van Buren healthcare facility. She was born October 25, 1934 in Caswell, a daughter of the late Alfred and Ozithe (Desjardins) LaBreck. She worked in the St. John Valley with Catholic Charities of Maine, assisting families with elderly care. Overall, she was a devoted mother and homemaker; the love of her life was raising her family. She helped raised her sister as a young woman after the death of her mother. Delia was a devoted Catholic and a life-long parishioner of St. Bruno-St. Remi Church. She is survived by: three sons, David "Steve" Grivois and his wife Arlene of Lille, Gordon Grivois and his wife Velma and Donald Grivois, all of Van Buren; two daughters, Doreen Rodizza and her husband Dorian of Grantham, NH and Sandra Grivois of Van Buren; one brother, Herman Labreck of Van Buren; one sister, Omerine Hash and her husband Charles of Caribou; six grandchildren, Tabitha, April, Danielle, Audrey, Dominic & Cody; three great granddaughters and a great grandson on the way; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Delia is predeceased by her husband of 52 years Clarence, three brothers and one sister. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Friday, January 30, 2015 at St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church, Van Buren. Relatives and friends may greet the family Friday morning 9:00 - 10:30 AM at Lajoie Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren, ME . Spring interment will be in Grand River Cemetery, Van Buren.
