St. David---Diane C. Doucette, 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 15, 2016 at a Bangor health care facility. She was born in Grand Isle on October 18, 1955, daughter of the late Philip and Therese (Gendreau) Tardif.  Diane was a loving wife, mother, devoted sister, and friend. She always put others before herself no matter the situation.  She loved to scrapbook and her creative mind was matched by no other.  She helped so many people preserve their memories and display them is such a beautiful way because of her talents.   She loved playing golf with her husband, Norman and her children Jaime and Matthew.  She loved and cherished every moment she had with her two grandchildren, Stella and Jackson.  The memories we have of her will never be forgotten and will always be…Frozen in Time. Diane is survived by her husband of forty years, Norman Doucette of St. David; two children, Jaime Theriault and her husband Shawn of Greene, Matthew Doucette and his wife Ashley of Bangor; two grandchildren, Stella and Jackson Theriault of Greene; two sisters, Verna Tardif and her husband Dan of Florida, Ruth Dumond and her husband Wilson of Texas; a special cousin, Jeannine Levesque and her husband Norman of Connecticut ?as well as ?many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by two sisters, Norma Grivois and Debbie Tardif.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the St. David Church.  Family and friends may offer their condolences at the church from 9am until 9:45am before the Service.
