Madawaska---Eldon Cyr, 70, passed away January 18, 2021 at his residence in Brewer.  He was born in Madawaska on May 11, 1950, son of Octave and Alphena (Michaud) Cyr.  Eldon is survived by his mother, Alphena Cyr of Madawaska; one son, Todd Cyr of Brewer; two siblings, Ken Cyr and his wife Linda of Madawaska, and Pauline Martin of West Hartford, CT; one nephew, Kevin Martin and his wife Lisa of Lewis Center, OH.  He was predeceased by his father, Octave and his brother-in-law, Carmel Martin.  Due to the current pandemic, funeral services will be private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
