Fort Kent—Emile Blier, 83, passed away on April 19, 2021 at a Frenchville health care facility. He was born on May 21, 1937, son of the late Albert and Mable (Bourgoin) Blier. He is survived by three children Carol Matteau, Gilman Blier and David Blier; four sisters Mamie Ouellette, Sadie Boucher, Gertrude Boucher, and Alberta Boucher; two brothers Clarence and Garland Blier; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Emile is predeceased by his beloved wife of many years Marilyn (Sirois) Blier; one son Dale Blier; brother Rene Blier. Due to the current pandemic a private graveside will be held by the family.
