St. Francis/Caribou---Ervin D. Jandreau, 83, passed away on November 8, 2023, at a Presque-Isle health care facility.  He was born in St. Francis on December 11, 1939, son of the late Hector and Rosebell (Dubois) Jandreau.  Ervin was a United States Army Veteran, and later worked at a truck driver until his retirement.  He is survived by six siblings, Anita Thibodeau of Connecticut, Verla Berube of Connecticut, Walteen "Toots" Soucy and her husband George of Fort Kent and Florida, Rhona Pelletier and her husband Thomas of St. Francis, Harold Jandreau of Caribou, Valmond Jandreau of St. Francis; many nieces, nepehws, and friends.  Ervin was predeceased by his wife, Faye McPherson; one son, Scott Jandreau; two sisters, Geraldine Thibodeau and Mayvella Thibodeau; two brothers, Lewellyn Jandreau and Doyle Jandreau.  A graveside service will be held at the Caribou Veteran's Cemetery, Friday, June 14, 2024 at 2PM .   In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ervin's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home.
