Eunice Tardif, 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 04, 2014, surrounded by her family at a Boston hospital. She was born in Madawaska, daughter of the late Alfred and Alma Doucette, and raised by her stepmother, Leanne Doucette. She lived in Connecticut and raised her family from 1952 to 1973 and moved back home to St. Agatha in 1973 where she remained until her passing. She truly enjoyed spending time with her family, loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly. She had many talents - was an avid musician who loved playing the piano. She loved doing many crafts with her husband. She enjoyed her many travels throughout the us. She is survived by her loving husband, Jean Maurice Tardif of 62 years. Her step sister Isabella Banis (of Buffalo NY) and was predeceased by her sister Merita Cormier of Enfield CT. Her children are Son Michael and his wife Darlene of Warehouse point CT, Daughter Diane Shackway of Manchester, CT, daughter Karen of St. Agatha, ME, son Mark and his wife Judy of Frenchville, ME. Grandchildren Christopher, Mindy, Lisa, Michael, Mark, Sara and Justine. Great grandchildren Angelie, Emma, Nora, Kierra, Dylan, Harley, Lilianna and Clara.
