Madawaska---Geralda M. Plourde, 71, passed away April 3, 2012 at a Bangor health care facility. She was born in St. Anne, New Brunswick on June 22, 1940, the daughter of the late Alderic and Agathe (Parent) Girard. She was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Michelle Plourde. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am on Monday, April 9, 2012 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home from 8:30am until the time of service on Monday. Spring interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
