Saint-David, ME---- Gilman "Gil" Dufour Sr., 80, passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2020 at his home. He was born on July 4, 1939, son of Fortuna and Rose-Anna (Cyr) Dufour. Gil is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Dorothy (Beaulieu) Dufour; his 3 loving children, Gisele (Dufour) wife of Adrien Violette, Gil Dufour Jr., and Kevin Dufour; his 3 grandchildren, Bertin (Melanie), Melanie and France (Brock); and 3 great-grandchildren, Felix, Jayden and Mason; and many nieces, nephews and good friends. Gil was predeceased by his son Michael Dufour, his parents; 2 brothers, Alderic, and Armand; 3 sisters, Cecile, Germaine, and Irene. A private graveside service will be held later in the spring at the St. David cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
