Obituary

Madawaska---Glenn "Magoo" Cyr, 52, passed away on March 30, 2016 at a Fort Kent health care facility surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Madawaska on September 7, 1963, son of Clarence Cyr and the late Claudette Levesque Cyr. Magoo's passion in life was working on vehicles, a genius when taking things apart. He was the best carburetor man. He is survived by his son, Trevor Ouellette Cyr of Madawaska; his father, Clarence Cyr and his companion Jeannine (Minoune) Deschaines of Madawaska; his sister, Kelley Aiken and her husband Edward of Delaware; his brother, Tim Cyr and his wife Carla of Madawaska; four nieces, Gabriella, Sarah, Christa, Faith; three nephews, Andrew, Sam, Shayki; many aunts and uncles. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home from 8:30am until 9:45am on Saturday before the Mass. Spring interment will be held in the Parish Cemetery.
