Madawaska---Hermine Desjardin Trudelle, 93, passed away on May 3, 2026, at a Madawaska health care facility. She was born in Grand Isle on January 4, 1933, daughter of the late Paul and Anna (Lavoie) Desjardin. Hermine loved to play cards at the senior center. She was an avid walker, even in her eighties. Her most precious love was her grandchildren, all twelve of which she cherished. She is survived by six children, Nanette Trudelle McLane of California, Elaine Trudelle Jackson of Texas, Louise Trudelle Sawyer and her husband Ed of Maine, David Trudelle of Madawaska, John Trudelle and his wife Dee of Texas, Steven Trudelle and his wife Dawn of Maine; twelve grandchildren, Peter, Jenna, Tim, Jessica, Tom, Nicki, D.J., Jonathan, Eric, Tyler, Kyle, Hannah; fifteen great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Hermine was predeceased by her husband, Gilman Trudelle; twenty siblings. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Monday, July 27, 2026, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Relatives and friends may offer their condolences at the church from 9am until 9:45am on Monday before the Mass. Interment will take place immediately after the Mass at the parish cemetery.
