Madawaska---Isaac Meyers, 91, passed away on January 29, 2023 at a Fort Kent health care facility.  The youngest of ten children, he was born in Greencastle, Pennsylvania on July 22, 1931, son of the late Harry and Bertha Meyers.  Isaac served in the U.S. Air Force for four years and was also a member of the American Legion, Post 147 of Madawaska.  He worked as an electrician at Fraser Paper for thirty-eight years.  Isaac is survived by his loving wife of sixty seven years, Claudette (Dumais) Meyers of Madawaska; two sons, Michael Meyers of Colbert, WA, Steven Meyers and his wife Monique of Saco; four grandchildren, Hailee, Aaron, Zachary, and Jonathan Meyers.  He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Shelly D. Meyers; nine siblings.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Friday, February 3, 2023, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church.  Family and friends may offer their condolences from 9am until 9:45am on Friday before the Mass.  Interment will be held after the Mass at the Caribou VA Cemetery.
