Madawaska---James D. Beaulieu "Babou", 68, passed away April 15, 2011 at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born in Grand Isle on November 1, 1942, the son of the late Abel and Madeleine (Levesque) Beaulieu. He is survived by his loving wife of forty four years, Marie (Chasse) Beaulieu of Madawaska; his daughter, Lynn Dumais and her husband Andy of Madawaska; his son, Andy Beaulieu and his wife Lisa of Grand Isle; four grandchildren, Alain and Daniel Dumais of Madawaska, and Tyler and Ryan Beaulieu of Grand Isle; two brothers, Gene Beaulieu and his wife Dorina and Russell Beaulieu and his wife Anne all of Grand Isle; three sisters, Shirley Cyr of Madawaska, Marlene Lagasse and her husband Norman of St. David, and Rachel Cyr and her husband Gerard of Madawaska; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Dave Beaulieu. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am on April 26 at the St. Gerard Church in Grand Isle. Interment will be later in the spring.
