Fort Kent --- James A. Ouellette, 76, died unexpectedly at his home on July 21, 2019, after a brief illness.  He was born in Fort Kent on October 2 ^nd , 1942.  He is survived by his three sons: Danny Ouellette of Buxton, ME, and his wife Lesa and grandsons Jacob and Zachary Ouellette; Vincent Ouellette of Cleveland, NY, and his wife Rebecca, and grandchildren Henry and Amelia Ouellette; and Kevin Ouellette of Fort Kent, Maine, and his wife Coco and grandson Dylan.  He is also survived by his brother Maynard Ouellette of Fort Kent, his sister Marie and her husband Don Boucher of Bristol, CT, and his sister Linda Uryga of Cape Coral, FL.  He is predeceased by his parents Adrien and Mamie (Blier) Ouellette of Fort Kent. James loved music, especially the greats like Elvis and Roy Orbison.  He had an extensive music collection and many devices to play it on.   He loved cars and the classic models like his beloved 59 Chevy and his Cadillac.  Most of all he loved his family and loved watching his children and grandchildren each grow into adulthood, marveling at how fast it occurred.  He bestowed many gifts and much love on his grandchildren and always reminded everyone to travel carefully, don't go too fast, and be safe.
