Madawaska---Jean Sirois left this world suddenly on May 26, 2021 at the lovely age of 74. She was born in Lille on July 2, 1946, daughter of the late Lewis and Irma (Doucette) Dube. Jean Sirois was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Jean loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her loved ones. As a homemaker most of her life, Jean was known for her love of volunteering to help others and taking care of children. Her hobbies included working on her sewing machine and creating beautiful crafts. She was most proud of her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her companion, Joel "Pit" Levesque of St. David; two children, Steven Bouchard and his wife Karen of Frenchville, Monica Hebert and her husband Brandon of Madawaska; three grandchildren, Niko Bouchard, Violet Sirois, Charlotte Hebert; two sisters, Phyllis Hart of Connecticut, Kate Poitras and her husband Raymond of Florida; many nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by two siblings, Diane Chamberland and her twin baby brother, John. In keeping with her wishes there will be no funeral services. Friends and Family are invited to say a final good bye to Jean at her daughter Monica's residence on June 6th between 12-4. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
