Madawaska---Jennie St. Amant, 92, passed away May 15, 2014 at a Fort Kent health care. She was born in St. Andre, Quebec, daughter of the late Napoleon and Roselie (Jolan) Boilard. Jennie is survived by one sister, Madeleine Labrie of St. Andre, Quebec; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur St. Amant; three brothers, Henri, Antoin, and Paul; two sisters, Adelia Ayotte and Anna Boulanger. As per Jennie's request there will be no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11am on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Interment will be held in the Parish cemetery immediately following the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
