Fort Kent--- Joel Ouellette (63) of Fort Kent, Maine, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on June 24, 2022. He was born on April 23, 1959, son of the late Conrad and Odile (Paradis) Ouellette. Joel is survived by his brothers; John Ouellette and his wife Rose (Labonte), and Jerry Ouellette, sisters; Joyce (Ouellette) Paradis and her husband Roger, Jacqueline (Ouellette) Beauregard and her husband Julien, as well as many nieces and nephews.  Joel was predeceased by his parents Conrad and Odile (Paradis) Ouellette.  A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Louis Church in Fort Kent on July 29, 2022, at 10 AM.
