Madawaska --- Joseph "Bert" Raymond, 78, passed away on April 6, 2018, at a Madawaska health care facility. He was born on August 19, 1939, a son of the late Telesphore and Cecile (Lavoie) Raymond. Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Carlene (Bourgoin) Raymond; three children, Richard M. Raymond of Madawaska, Cindy Marie Trinks and her husband Jim of Connecticut, and Keith B. Raymond and his companion Eileen of Connecticut; two grandchildren, Lauren Raymond, and Bryan Trinks both of Connecticut; two brothers, Gerry Raymond and his companion Nancy of Edmundston, NB, and Felix Raymond of Montreal, QC; along with many uncles, aunts, and cousins. Joseph is predeceased by three sisters, Muriel Raymond, Bernice Soden, and Doris Raymond. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Madawaska.
