Madawaska---Joyce M. Paradis, 71, passed away on August 8, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her family.  She was born in Fort Kent on August 23, 1953, daughter of the late Conrad and Odile (Paradis) Ouellette.  Joyce did foster care for ten years and enjoyed babysitting children.  She loved spending time with her friends, especially while camping and eating lobster.  She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.  She is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Roger Paradis of Madawaska; two children, Stacie Pelletier and her husband Bruce of Madawaska, Roger M. Paradis of Gorham; four grandchildren that she was so proud of, Chelsea Pelletier, Justin Pelletier, Devon Paradis, Kenzie Paradis; one sister, Jackie Beauregard of Edmundston.   She was predeceased by three brothers, John, Joel, and Jerry Ouellette.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.  Relatives and friends may offer their condolences at the church from 9am until 9:45am on Wednesday.
