Obituary
Madawaska---Juliet D. Albert, 94, passed away September 4, 2018 at a Madawaska health care facility. She was born in St. David, a daughter of the late Ernest and Leona (Clavet) Daigle. Juliet graduated as Valedictorian of the class of 1942 at Madawaska High School. She was an artist, poet, and author, and belonged to various artist associations. She is survived by three children, Louise Gendreau of Madawaska, Frances Gendreau and her husband John of St. David, Jeff Albert and his wife Marcella of St. David; nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild; one sister, Armande Michaud of Van Buren; one brother, Charles Daigle of Grand Isle; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Elmo Albert; one son, John Albert; one grandchild, Dale Gendreau; one great grandchild, Briar Rose Albert; seven siblings. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the St. David Church. There will be no visiting hours. Interment will be held immediately following the Mass at the Parish cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
