Fort Kent, Maine--- Justin J. Jalbert, 24, passed away unexpectedly May 4, 2022, following a tragic motor vehicle accident. He was born in Portland, a son of April (Godin) Main and Christopher Jalbert.

After working several years at Hannford's Grocery in Berwick, Justin's dream to relocate to the St. John Valley came to fruition. He worked at Gas-N-Go Foods, Fort Kent, for about four years, where he enjoyed chumming along with his coworkers and customers, and always had a snarky, comedic remark. When Justin wasn't working, he was heading into the woods or onto the water in his trusty Jeep. He loved spending any free time fishing, hunting, camping, or cruising around on his beloved motorcycle, always with a few of his best friends and family in tow.

He is survived by his mother, April Main of Fort Kent; his father, Chris Jalbert and his wife Carol of Vermont; a sister, Cassie Main and her fiancé Chris Martin of Fort Kent; maternal grandparents, Bert and Yvonne Godin of Fort Kent; paternal grandparents, John and Evelyn Jalbert of Alfred; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends near and far.
