IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kathleen
Audibert
June 12, 1937 – September 12, 2023
Kathleen M. Audibert, of Madawaska, Maine passed away peacefully on September 12th, 2023, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She grew up and lived in that wonderful small town for the majority of her life, prior to moving closer to her children in the Bangor area. She was a sweet, kind and devoted mother who cared for her parents in their final years and enjoyed spending as much time with her children and grandchildren, who they called "Nanny". Wonderful memories were made over the years during the summers spent with friends and family at camp on Long Lake in St. Agatha. Kathleen was predeceased by her loving husband, Joel P. Audibert, her daughter, Denise, her parents Felix and Elise (Cyr) Albert, and her siblings, Eldon, Theresa, Dolores, Carmen (Deschenes), Gils and Edwin. She is survived and will be dearly missed by her children Steven Audibert and partner Joann L'Heureux from Berlin, NH, Deb White-Rideout and husband Michael Rideout from Hermon, ME, grandchildren Andrew, Josh, Sharon, Kaitlyn, Angela, Evan and great-grandchildren Zephyr and Zander. The family is certain that Joel and Kathleen have resumed their dance as they enjoyed ballroom dancing during their many years together. Her son and daughter would like to thank the staff at Woodlands Senior Care facility in Brewer, and especially her two angels Pam and Melissa from Gentiva Hospice who provided care and unconditional love to her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am on Monday, September 18, 2023, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Relatives and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home in Madawaska from 8am until 9:45am on Monday before the Mass. Interment will be held immediately following the Mass at the Parish Cemetery.
