Madawaska/St. Petersburg, FL---Kevin Christopher Daigle, 31, passed away July 13, 2019 at a St. Petersburg health care facility. He was born in Edmundston, NB on September 27, 1987, son of Glenn and Dianne (Rossignol) Daigle. Kevin graduated from Madawaska High School in 2005 and graduated from the University of Maine in Orono in 2010. Kevin was part of the National Honor Society, Catholic Youth Ministry, High School Band, Varsity Tennis, Cross-country running, and Cross-country skiing. During his time at UMO, Kevin became a member of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity. He moved to Florida after graduation. Kevin was known for his contagious smile and happiness he brought to everybody. He is survived by his parents, Glenn and Dianne Daigle of Madawaska; three brothers, Alex Daigle, Craig Daigle and his wife Kelley all of Madawaska, Bryan Daigle and his wife Katie of Mariaville; his memere, Rella Daigle of Madawaska; his grandmaman, Monique Rossignol of Clair, NB; one niece, Eve Daigle of Madawaska; four aunts, Kathy Cyr and her husband Paul of Madawaska, Mona Beaulieu and her husband Jacques of Edmundston, Line Rechholtz and her husband Richard of Bar Harbor, Therese Rossignol of St. Hilaire; two uncles, Gilles Rossignol and his wife Francine of Lac Baker, Rino Rossignol of Montreal; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his two grandfathers, Leo James Daigle and Armand Rossignol; one uncle, David Daigle; one cousin, Sacha Rossignol. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on July 20, 2019 at the St. Thomas Church in Madawaska. Family and friends may call at Lajoie Funeral Home in Madawaska from 5pm to 8pm on Friday July 19 and from 8:30am to 9:45am before the service.
