Madawaska---Laurette A. Gagnon, 72, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on September 23, 2013. She was born in Green River, New Brunswick on March 26, 1941, daughter of the late Felix and Rose (Martin) Therrien. She is survived by one daughter, Kelly Campbell and her husband Mark of San Francisco, CA; three sons, Danny and his wife Sandy of Burlington, CT, Ken and his wife Laurie of St. Agatha, Scott and his wife Christina of Frenchville; four grandchildren, Rowdy, Nicole, Riley, and Jazmine; one brother, Roger and his wife Gemma Therrien of St. Basile; six sisters, Rita Stone and her husband Fred of Connecticut, Murielle LaQuerre and her husband Remi of Montreal; Ginette Ouellette and her husband Joel of St. David, Solange Lavoie and her husband Aurele of Green River, NB Guilda Therrien of LaPocatiere, Denise and her companion Joel Dionne of Green River, NB; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Ronald "Boy" Gagnon; two sons, Steven and Brian; one sister, Dorilda Labelle. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10am on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. As per Laurette's request, there will be no visiting hours.
