Obituary
Allagash and Fort Kent --- Laurina H. Kelly, 86, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2018, at a Fort Kent health care facility, with her husband and family by her side. She was born in St. Francis on October 11, 1931 a daughter of the late Louis and Alma (Morin) Thibodeau. Laurina was a former member of the St. John Bible Church, and recently a member of the Allagash Baptist Church. She was dearly loved and will be dearly missed. She will be remembered for her delicious cooking as many in Allagash and St. Francis can attest to. She is survived by her loving husband Roger W. Kelly of 67 years; four children, Dana R. Kelly and his wife Leslie M. of Westbrook, Dalen K. Kelly and his wife Gail of Buxton, Cheryl Daigle and her husband Dr. Lucien JB of Fort Kent, and Ben Kelly and his wife Michelle of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren, Afton, Stuart, Kaila, Deanna, Jessalynn, Samuel, Matthew, Amber, and Sarah Kelly, and Jenna Daigle; and 20 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her infant daughter Leah Rose; her grandson Daniel Kelly; and three siblings, Beatrice Wellman, Odilda Hawes, and Darcy Thibodeau. A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Allagash Baptist Cemetery. Contributions in Laurina's memory can be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
