Eagle Lake --- Laurine "Laurina" St. Germain, 90, passed away on December 22, 2018 at an Eagle Lake health care facility. She was born in Eagle Lake on November 7, 1928, daughter of the late Willie and Stella (Gallant) Dube. She is survived by her eight children, Fred St. Germain and his wife Pauline of Connecticut, Robert St. Germain and his wife Norma of Florida, Paul St. Germain and his wife Scarlett of Connecticut, Jeanne Congdon and her husband David of New Hampshire, Louise Mitchell of Oklahoma, Millie St. Germain and her companion Glenn Daigle of Daigle, Lucien St. Germain and his wife Holly of Connecticut, and Julie St. Germain and her companion Luciano Velazquez of Connecticut; 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bertha Lacombe and Genieva Cyr both of Connecticut; along with many nieces and nephews. Laurine is preceded in death by her beloved husband Alfred St. Germain, nine siblings, Lawrence Dube, Eunice Ayotte, Louise Gorneault, Mildred Brown, Jeanette Ouellette, Maxine Cyr, Willie Dube Jr., Armand Dube, and May Dube. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in the Spring at the convenience of the family. In keeping with Laurine's wishes there will be no calling hours.
