Obituary
Madawaska---Leola Guillemette, 67, passed away on January 16, 2016 at her home in Madawaska. She was born in St. David on August 23, 1948, daughter of the late Gilman and Dilema (Fongemie) Desjardins. She is survived by one son, Thad Guillemette and his companion Karen Cyr of Madawaska; three grandchildren, Jenna Marie, Jiovanni, Jainnie Guillemette all of Madawaska; five sisters and five brothers; many nieces and nephews. Leola was predeceased by her husband Galen Guillemette in 1995. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie Funeral Home.
