Wallagrass – Leonard Dube, 91, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2021 at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born on September 29, 1929, son of the late Hilaire and Hattie (Gagnon) Dube. Leonard was active in his faith and was a communicant of the St. Joseph Church.  He was a hard-working farmer starting from a young age and passed along his knowledge to his family. He was an avid hunter and fisherman on his own land, which brought him so much joy. Leonard was known for being an amateur photographer and took many photos of his friends and family. He loved to share his wisdom and love of life with his family. Leonard is predeceased by his parents Hilaire and Hattie (Gagnon) Dube; four brothers, Rudolph, Artie, Alcime and Willard Dube; eight sisters, Dorothy Sutherland, Noella Pinette, Marie Richardson, Mildred Cote, Lorette Perreault, Betty Russell, Bernadette Dube, and Antoinette Perreault. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 10am, at St. Joseph Church in Soldier Pond. Arrangements have been entrusted to Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home.
