Fort Kent --- Leone V. Daigle, 94, passed away on August 8, 2019 at Forest Hill Manor in Fort Kent. She was born in Fort Kent on July 8, 1925, daughter of the late Lucien and Annie (Raymond) Voisine. Leone was the wife of the late Louis J. (Wallace) Daigle, predeceased in 2001. She is survived by her son Dana Daigle and his wife, Diana, of NH, daughters Nola Berube and Maureen Bossie of Maine, and Marleen Branch and her husband, Gary, of NH; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Leone was predeceased by her sister Edna Gagnon and brothers Leon Voisine, Sr. and Roland Voisine. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent. In keeping with Leone's wishes there will be no calling hours. Interment will be held in the Parish Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Leone's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
