Van Buren--- Leonhard J. Adam, 76, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, with his loving wife by his side.

Len proudly served his country in the US Air Force at Loring Air Force Base, Limestone and was a long-time member of the American Legion, Post #49, Van Buren.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Ella (Page) Adam, a daughter, Sharon Applegate and her husband Fred, and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Len was predeceased by his brother, Philip Adam.

Funeral services were celebrated privately and at the convenience of the family. Len will be laid to rest in Maine Veterans Cemetery, Caribou. Arrangements were a service of Lajoie Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren.
