Fort Kent --- Lester O. Bouchard, 75, passed away on August 29, 2018 at a Fort Kent health care facility. He was born on December 24, 1942 a son of the late Gilman and Blanche (Dube) Bouchard. Lester was a local business owner as a full line Chrysler dealer from 1977 to 2005. Lester especially enjoyed hunting and golfing as well as being an active member in many local organizations. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane Bouchard, of 38 years. Two daughters, Tammy Bouchard and her companion Lester of Verona Island, and Sherry Meyer and her husband Ray of New Hampshire; one step daughter Debbie Madore and her husband Danny of Fort Kent; seven grandchildren, Christa, Rebecca, Shannon, Troy, Drew, Bryce, and Dawson; four siblings, Linda Graves and her husband Bill of Presque Isle, Della Flanagan and her companion Joe of New Hampshire, Gilda Morris and her husband Sherbey of Fort Kent, and Glen Bouchard and his husband Norman of New Hampshire; and many nieces and nephews. Lester is predeceased by his step-daughter, Jennifer Draper; and one sister Diana Lagasse. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Monday, September 3, 2018 at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent. In keeping with Lester's wishes, there will be no visiting hours. Interment will be held at a later date, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lester's memory may be made to The Edgar J.
